A Queens minister was condemned Tuesday to 15 years in jail for assaulting two young ladies in the storm cellar of his congregation, Nydailynews reports.

Reuben Chizor's casualties were 12-and 14-year-old sisters and individuals from his Hope Restoration Ministries assemblage in Queens Village. "The litigant exploited his position as a clergyman and the confide in set in him by his adherents to fulfill his corrupted cravings.

Through control and scheming control, he sexually mishandled his two youthful casualties for almost two years," Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said.

"What the litigant constrained his casualties to persist was frightful — and as discipline he now will be spending a long term in a correctional facility." Trial declaration a month ago uncovered that on July 27, 2011, Chizor took the 14-year-old casualty to the congregation storm cellar, where he lived, and assaulted her.

On Aug. 22, 2011, he assaulted the 12-year-old. Chizor, 56, kept mishandling either of the young ladies through May 2013, Brown said.

In July 2015, the young ladies trusted in each other they'd been assaulted by Chizor, and police were advised.
