“They want to cause me more trouble” – Billionaire kidnapper Evans denies claims against police
Infamous tycoon kidnapper, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike otherwise known as Evans, has precluded information from claiming the claim pummeled on the Inspector General of Police for infringement of his human rights.
Two major Human rights claims were recorded for his benefit by one legal advisor, Olukoya Ogungbeje, against the IGP and three others.
The attorney had moved toward the Federal High Court in Lagos a week ago guaranteeing that Evans had requested that he challenge his nonstop detainment without trial by the police.
Yet, Evans says he's not mindful of this.
Olukoya recorded the Commissioner of Police in Lagos Fatai Owoseni, the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, Lagos Command and the Nigeria Police Force as the respondents in the suits.
In one of the suits, Olukoya guaranteed Evans was requesting N300 million in harms for asserted unlawful detainment and illegal media trial.
Yet, in a meeting with Channels Television on Sunday, Evans portrayed the claims as an endeavor by a few people to place him in a bad position.
"I have no deliver any body of evidence documented against the police and I didn't talk with any legal advisor or my dad to record a case for my sake. All I will state is that they should temper equity with leniency" he said.
The 36-year-old father of five said should the police discharge him, he would not leave detainment since his seize casualties would murder him.
